Harvest Technology is thrilled to welcome Tom Rose as our new Group Operations Director, reporting directly to our CEO. Tom brings a wealth of experience to his role, having previously led Synergy IT Group and Espressonet as Managing Director.

In his new capacity, Tom will be pivotal in overseeing all internal IT operations, integrating newly acquired companies into the Harvest family, and leading our operational due diligence for acquisitions. His daily oversight will ensure that all our companies are perfectly aligned and functioning at their best.

Tom’s extensive background in IT management and telecommunications uniquely positions him to drive strategic direction and operational excellence within our company. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to automating operations and fostering enduring relationships with partners and stakeholders.
